At Mett Build we understand high-end, delivering design-led project and cost management for the luxury retail, hospitality, and leisure sectors. From our London and Madrid offices, we deliver consistency of quality and value for money across borders, using a wide web of contacts in each market or our teams on the ground.

We provide project management, cost management, and procurement services throughout the entire project lifecycle. From feasibility studies for potential sites, all the way through to handing the keys to the store/facility manager, we can assist at every stage of the process.     By applying this information to estimating and contractor negotiations we reduce costs and advise brands when they’re getting a fair price.

  • Using a contact book of pre-qualified quality contractors, as well as a local knowledge of the markets we work in, we provide brands with the leverage and alternative options. This is dearly needed to ensure flexibility at all stages of the project right up to handover.

    We also build close networks with suppliers and trades to develop trusted relationships that pay dividends when in construction phases. Having a positive working relationship in a world where contractors and trades are in high demand means adaptability on-site is maintained.
