About the Project

  • Involved from feasibility through to completion, including complete analysis of phasing options

  • Working in a phased opening in a live store all while undertaking major structural works

  • Procurement and management of multiple General Contractors with interlocking scope, with a structural GC and a Fitout GC working side by side

  • Delivery of one of the first global iterations of a totally new concept for the brand
