Our work with Ralph Lauren covers various store typologies, from minor works to factory outlets to F&B.

Building on experience working with the brand in previous roles, we provide Cost Management support on factory stores across France.

We have also supported with PM & CM combined services on challenging renovations projects in existing flagships including St Germain Paris, and New Bond Street London.

One of our proudest achievements was opening the first Ralph’s Coffee in mainland Europe in Q4 2023. A unique F&B project which brought the particularly instagram friendly concept to life in an existing intricately finished room of their flagship.
